Playmates

Gaby have been telling me that he likes staying at the new place because he has many 小朋友 (little friends) at the new place. I think not only there are many 小朋友, he also has many 大朋友, and 老朋友. He seems to know everyone at the playground and also he is able to tell me who stay where and who and who is related. And thanks to him, I get to make a few new friends around too!

My new world

I always tell people around me that my mobile phone is my whole world. I have to depend on it to wake me up every morning, remind me of all the important dates, acting as my clock whenever I don't have my watch, and the most important thing is, keeping in touch with all my dear friends! I can't remember my home and office telephone numbers so how can I go anyway without it??

But the old phone has been giving a lots of problems lately, I think it's not lately, but ever since the Chitty Chitty. So I have been complaining to Mr Lee about it ever since. But I am so lazy to get a new one becos I am too lazy to transfer the data from one phone to another.

Mr Lee came home with a nice surprise on the weekends. He got me a new phone. And he also helped me transfer all the data from the old phone to the new one! How sweet right? So now all I have to do is to get used to using this new one. And hopefully, this one will last me a long time.

You are my one and only... for this moment!

Our dear lift A has gone on leave at this moment. Guess it'll take a while for A to be back up and working... Up? Oh, should be up and down. Anyway, now we only have lift B serving us. And poor B has been working really hard these 2 days. So everytime when I go out, I will have my fingers and toes crossed that B don't fail me when I'm back.

Why?? Both down at the same time??

Our dear A and B lifts broke down this afternoon. So can you imagine taking the stairs up to the 29th floor? Well, I guess I will not be going out until they fix the lifts!

When we bought this place, some friends did mention that what will happen if both lifts break down at the same time? So Mr Lee's reply was that well, wouldn't be so bad luck that both down at the same time rite?? Well, rite, both down at the same time today!

Oh, Mr Lee just spoken with the Life Maintenance people. Was told that there is a power failure around this area... I think the power supply to the lifts...

So I guess we are not going anywhere tonight.

Caught in the act

Alexius has become a bit of a TV addict. He likes to watch anything that's on the tv. Especially musical programes. Caught him singing along... And oops! caught Gaby on the potty!

Mum is sick

It has been 2 days that I lost my voice. The doctor has advised that I should rest my vocal and try not to talk. But how to???

These 2 days, whenever Gaby is upset and cries, he will tell me that he is sad and worried. And when i asked him why is he sad and worried, he'll tell me, in between tears, that he is worried that when I wouldn't come home after work. Gosh! I wonder why he has such thoughts??
